This Privacy Policy describes how HandyMiner ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the HandyMiner web application and services (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Business data. Information you connect to the Service — for example, the rows of a Google Sheet you authorize us to read in order to identify your won jobs and target similar leads.
• Usage data. Logs of API calls, agent runs, token consumption, and similar telemetry needed to operate and improve the Service.
• Billing data. Payment information collected and processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Generate leads, run the AI agent, and write results back to the data sources you connect.
• Bill you and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Send you account and service-related communications.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, AI model providers). They are bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
• Legal & safety. When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HandyMiner, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If HandyMiner is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. AI processing

To provide the Service we send portions of the data you connect — for example, columns of your jobs sheet — to third-party AI model providers. We use providers that contractually commit not to train their foundation models on customer data submitted through their API.

5. Data retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@handyminer.com; we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email support@handyminer.com.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the Service.
