Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HandyMiner web application and services (the "Service") operated by HandyMiner ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

HandyMiner is a software-as-a-service tool that helps trades businesses — including roofers, plumbers, electricians, and general contractors — identify potential customer leads using publicly available business information and data you connect to the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any third party.

4. Billing

Paid plans and token packs are billed through our payment processor. Subscription fees recur on the cadence shown at checkout (typically monthly) and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Token packs purchased à la carte are delivered immediately on payment and do not expire. Tokens have no cash value and are not refundable.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of any data you connect to or upload to the Service (for example, the contents of a Google Sheet you authorize us to read). We process that data only to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as Google Sheets, authentication providers, and payment processors). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any lead produced by the Service will result in a closed sale or contract.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HandyMiner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
